Small Business Incubation Program

Objective: To create employment and provide a location for small businesses to develop and grow. To educate entrepreneurs and increase diversity in the types of businesses and services available in the area. The program offers lower overhead while it helps reduce the financial risk for business owners.
Incubator Terms Applicants/Businesses Must:
Develop a business plan, then apply.
Operate full time: 32+hrs a week & for a minimum of one year period. (maximum 5 years in incubator)
Have or hire employees that live within a 25 mile radius area throughout the incubation period.
Comply will all local, state, federal regulations, ordinances, and all relevant environmental laws.

.Networking opportunities UTPB SBDC business workshops
.Utilities & custodial services included in monthly incubation fee
.Office space & meeting room fax & copy services.
